Project Overview
The GrayMatters Academy is a custom-built Learning Management System designed for a mental health organization conducting professional trainings and CPD-accredited programs. The system streamlines the entire training process—from registration to certification—while ensuring data privacy, ease of use, and administrative efficiency.
Key Features
Automated Registration & Payment Flow: Integrated PayMongo for GCash and card payments; supports both new and returning users.
Data Privacy & Participant Guidelines: Mandatory consent module compliant with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Zoom Integration: Automated meeting creation, attendance tracking, and report generation for compliance and verification.
Quizzes & Evaluation Forms: Pretest, posttest, and feedback forms with score tracking and individual reporting.
Role-Based Dashboard: Separate access levels for admins, trainers, and participants; trainers can create and manage courses.
Automated Certificates: Generated upon completion of posttest and feedback forms.
Comprehensive Reporting: Admin dashboard consolidates attendance, scores, and feedback for PRC submission.
Outcome
